Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Job Description: Maintain participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other third party payer programs as required by administration 1:7 call, including some weekends Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment Provide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competence Communicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotations Medical record documentation will be in compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine specialty, and controlled substance registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Abide by the credentialing and re-credentialing policy. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
