Experience: 15+ Years
Seeking a Principal Architect Generative AI with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
- Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.
- 15+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture
- Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Python
- GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini
- RAG & Vector Databases
- LangGraph / CrewAI / ADK
- Conversational AI (Dialogflow CX, CCAI, CES)
- API Integration & Microservices
- Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Customer-facing leadership experience
- Master's/PhD in CS, AI, or related field
- Telecom or Contact Center domain experience
- Experience delivering large-scale AI programs end-to-end
