Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, whether in inpatient or outpatient scenarios, and craft tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs

• Maintain precise documentation of evaluations, therapies, and ongoing progress in line with institutional and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
