Guest Service Specialist is a key role at Galleria Dallas, located at the heart of North Dallas. The position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced opportunity to provide outstanding hospitality to visitors of a premier retail destination. Job Type Part‑time, hourly, Non‑Exempt, Permanent Position Reports To Guest Services Manager What You’ll Do Customer Service: Greet guests with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm, stay attentive with guests throughout the process, and be prepared to provide immediate assistance. This also includes walking guests to their destinations, assisting with complimentary strollers and wheelchairs, and providing accurate directions to guests. Events & Administration: Assist with VIP events and coordinate party room bookings, including setup and hosting. Maintain a strong competence in computer operating systems, including our internal software program, and enter all details electronically, confirming with guests. Operations & Logistics: Deliver guest purchases to designated pickup points and handle luggage and baggage storage. Requirements Personal: A customer‑focused, high‑energy, and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Positive, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with a high sense of urgency. Initiative‑driven, self‑motivated, thorough, and detail‑oriented. Technical: Strong competence in computer operating systems and internal software programs. Communication: Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 40 pounds.
