You'll guide them through the leasing process—from initial contact to move-in—while delivering an elevated, concierge-level experience. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our communities are fully leased.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.Conduct tailored property tours that showcase the features, benefits, and lifestyle of our luxury apartments.Consistently follow up with leads through calls, emails, and texts to maximize conversions.Negotiate terms and close leases while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.Deliver a warm, solutions-focused approach to all interactions with prospects and residents.Anticipate resident needs and resolve concerns quickly to maintain satisfaction and retention.Process applications, prepare leases, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Keep up-to-date on current availability, pricing, and promotions.Coordinate move-in and move-out activities, ensuring apartments are market-ready.Maintain deep knowledge of the local rental market and competitor offerings.Represent FLATS at community events, open houses, or other promotional activities as needed.
