Equipment Operator w/CDL

What You’ll Do: Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, graders, and other equipment as needed. Ensure Equipment Performance: Perform daily inspections, clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery to ensure it’s always in peak condition. Site Management: Maintain clean and organized jobsites while securely storing and transporting equipment. Safety First: Follow strict safety procedures, adhere to federal and state guidelines, and use required PPE at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and team members to execute projects efficiently and safely. What We’re Looking For: Experience & Certification: High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Ability to obtain HAZWOPER 40 certification. Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. Requirements: Clean motor vehicle driving record consistent with company and insurance standards. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test. Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work extended hours as needed.
