Join the Continuum Therapy Partners Rehab Team at River’s Bend Health Services Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at River’s Bend Health Services in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This Full-Time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing environment. PRN opportunities are also available for qualified candidates. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll work alongside an experienced Occupational Therapist to help adult and geriatric patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through individualized occupational therapy treatment. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety recommendations. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Wisconsin Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required. Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
