Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Owning the lifecycle marketing roadmap, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will manage campaigns across the customer journey, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue impact. Key responsibilities Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaign calendar from strategy to execution and measurement Lead always-on and triggered campaigns throughout the customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, and win-back Utilize data and AI tools to optimize campaigns and report on performance metrics such as activation and retention Required qualifications Proven experience managing a lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaigns in a SaaS environment Strong product marketing background with expertise in messaging, positioning, and customer personas Deep understanding of customer segmentation and the drivers of activation and retention Hands-on experience with cross-channel execution, including email and in-app messaging Fluency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to campaign development
