Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by connecting with local businesses in the Austin area.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand exactly how we can support an employer's staff.
• Design and present tailored benefit packages that solve real-world problems for clients.
• Lead enrollment meetings to walk employees through their coverage options with clarity and patience.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with client decision-makers to ensure their benefit needs are always met.
• Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to secure the best possible rates and terms.

Requirements

• Active Texas Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in employee benefits or consultative sales.
• Deep understanding of the Texas insurance landscape and regulatory environment.
• Strong comfort level with public speaking and delivering formal presentations to leadership groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital proposal software.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline using modern CRM tools.
