Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson will play a key role in presenting and selling custom luxury homes, guiding clients through every stage of the home-buying process. This full-time, on-site position in Barrington, IL involves meeting with prospective buyers, conducting property showings, and clearly communicating the unique features and benefits of each residence. The Real Estate Salesperson will build and maintain relationships with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service aligned with the company’s values. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing sales documents, coordinating with builders and internal teams, and staying informed about local market conditions. The role also requires consistent follow-up, negotiation of offers, and support through closing to ensure a positive, seamless experience for clients. Qualifications Strong foundation in real estate, with knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market principles, and the ability to explain these clearly to clients. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions in a client-focused environment. Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including attentive listening, clear communication, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfort with on-site work, including conducting property tours and collaborating with design and construction teams. Professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information and high-value transactions.
