Technical Trainer

Work Arrangement : Hybrid 3 days onsite Tues-Thurs Job Type : Direct hire Compensation: $125,000-$130,000 About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Technology Trainer to lead user adoption, onboarding, and technology training initiatives for professionals across the firm. This role will be responsible for delivering engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs, developing learning materials, and coaching end users on Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has experience training employees in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm, consulting firm, accounting firm, or other knowledge-worker organization. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex technology concepts for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for attorneys, professional staff, and new hires Facilitate technology onboarding programs and new user orientation Develop and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, job aids, videos, and e-learning content Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise technology platforms Provide workflow coaching and productivity recommendations to end users Partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning strategies Support technology rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives Conduct floor support, follow-up coaching, and user readiness activities during software implementations Track training participation, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements Stay current on emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience delivering technology training, software training, or application training Experience conducting live classroom, virtual instructor-led, and one-on-one training sessions Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including: Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams OneDrive SharePoint Experience supporting user adoption, onboarding, and technology change initiatives Ability to create training documentation, job aids, and learning resources Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a law firm, legal services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or other professional services environment Experience training attorneys, executives, consultants, or professional staff Experience with legal technology platforms such as: iManage NetDocuments Litera Intapp Aderant Elite Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI adoption, or productivity coaching Experience creating e-learning content using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr SNI Technology
