Radiology - CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 Experience: Minimum 3 years in specialty required License: Required certifications Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS; ARRT R preferred Must-Have: Adult Acute Care experience Experience with Siemens CT scanners Proficiency in the preparation and administration of contrast media Experience with diagnostic and interventional CT procedures Description:Join a fast-paced CT department specializing in diagnostic and interventional CT procedures.This oncology-based facility is equipped with two Siemens CT scanners featuring interventional packages.Rotating after-hours and weekend call is required every 5 weeks.First-time travelers are welcome.Scrubs are provided.Key skills required include performing adult acute care procedures, outpatient services, and various interventional procedures.Experience in contrast administration, radiation safety, and use of PACS is essential.Additional skills preferred include emergency department experience and performing colorectal studies.Candidates should be comfortable with venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, and managing trauma cases.The unit supports interdisciplinary teamwork, including IV teams and rapid response teams.The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics, with a daily census of approximately 40.This role requires flexibility and commitment to patient care excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
