Join Fit All Year Round as a Certified Pilates Instructor in Belmont, MA, where you'll inspire and empower clients to achieve their fitness goals. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting health and wellness through engaging Pilates classes. Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of all skill levels.
- Design personalized workout plans to meet clients’ fitness goals.
- Provide guidance on proper techniques and modifications for exercises.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Pilates.
- Current certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized organization.
- Experience teaching Pilates in a studio or fitness setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying fitness levels.
- Knowledge of anatomy and safe exercise practices.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
