Job Description

DuctMasters USA, Inc is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Service Technician to join our Weston, FL team. This position earns a competitive pay of $20- $35/hour , depending on skills and experience.

We also provide excellent benefits which include 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, company vehicle, paid holidays and sick time, bonus and commission based on performance.

HVAC LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
At least 5+ years of HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Pass a background check

We are willing to train the right individual! Are you passionate about servicing A/C units? Can you manage your time well and prioritize tasks effectively? Are you an organized leader who can appropriately diagnose A/C units in the allotted timing and follow through to ensure good results? Would you be able to communicate to clients proposals for repairs? Are you dependable? Do you have what it takes to teach and mentor others for success?
