Salary $19.50/hr.

What’s a typical day as a Precision Assembler? You’ll be:

• Assembling coil components such as tubes and fins by hand, following blueprints or work instructions
• Inserting and aligning copper tubes into fin packs using hand tools and fixtures
• Using basic hand tools to form, expand, or secure components
• Inspecting parts for dents, scratches, or misalignment and making necessary corrections
• Reporting production data such as completed unit counts, rejects, and material usage
• Following standard operating procedures and quality standards for accuracy and consistency
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and staging materials for the next job
• Communicating material shortages or tooling needs to the supervisor promptly
• Participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities to enhance efficiency and safety

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to read and interpret tape measurements, decimal equivalents, and blueprints (required)
• Are proficient with tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers (required)
• Possess a general understanding of machinery and safe work practices (required)
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Have 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (preferred)
• Are able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and perform repetitive motions
• Can lift and handle materials weighing 20–50 pounds multiple times during a shift
• Are comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and in environments with loud noise or temperature variations
• Steel/composite toe footwear are required
