CFY Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

A Child's Place at Unity House is seeking full-time CFY Speech-Language Pathologists to join our early childhood program. This is a great opportunity for new graduates to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive, team-based environment.

Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 for eligible candidates
• CFY candidates that complete their required one-year supervised rotation are eligible for an additional $5,000 sign on bonus, if continued employment at A Child's Place!

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Use creative, play-based and theme-based activities to engage children
• Provide services in:
  • Daycare centers and preschools
  • Client homes
  • Special education settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports
• Collaborate with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and multidisciplinary team
• Support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Pediatric experience or internship (preferred)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
