Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary School Company: ProCare Therapy Location: Carlsbad, California Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract Position Position Overview: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming elementary school in Carlsbad, CA. In this full-time role, youll work closely with young learners to support speech, language, and communication development in a collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain) CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Previous school or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Position Details: Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar Elementary school caseload (details provided during interview) Competitive weekly compensation Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options Why Join ProCare Therapy?
