NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Pearl River, LA | $17/Hour | Full Benefits

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a company in Pearl River, LA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

$17 per hour
Full benefits package

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Answer and manage incoming phone calls (primary responsibility)
Data entry and record updates
Respond to emails and customer inquiries
Research credits and account information
Navigate multiple databases to locate and verify information
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Basic computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to learn and work within several database systems

Physical Requirements

Combination of sitting and walking throughout the workday
