Machine MaintenanceCardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an experienced Machine Maintenance for a large, established client located in Bowling Green, OH. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time. This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($27/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift is 1st shift (8AM start), 2nd shift (4PM start). Average 50 hrs a week, 5 days straight. Same day overtime possible.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.Repair all production equipment as needed.Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed.Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.Requirements and Qualifications:Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Requires steel toed work bootsAbility to stand, lift, bend, climb stairs, and twistPrevious mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.Proven track record of effective problem-solving.Bilingual in Mandarin a plusStrong communication skills.About Cardinal Staffing Services: At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
