The role of the Professional Registered Nurse is to provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. Required Certifications and Licenses Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement BLS certification through the American Heart Association Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred) 1+ years of Telemetry/Medical‑Surgical hospital experience Scheduling Requirements Full Time Night Shift – 7:00pm – 7:30am Every other weekend required Essential Functions The Professional Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing the Hospital’s Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance‑improvement activities, and providing individualized age‑specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit.
