If yes, join us in Salt Lake City, UT, 84104 as our Production Final-Stage Finisher.
What will you do every day?- Follow product specifications to assemble and finish components to a high standard.
- Examine completed units for defects and verify they meet company requirements.
- Cut and install springs by hand during the final assembly process.
- Deburr parts to remove sharp edges and ensure proper fit and finish.
- Use various shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Team up with coworkers to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Keep your workspace orderly to promote safety and efficiency.
- Notify your supervisor immediately about any issues or discrepancies.
- Join training sessions to build new skills and stay current on processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Comfort working in a team-focused environment.
- Good communication skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
