Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team. This unit specializes in the care of critically ill patients requiring advanced nursing skills and close monitoring. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ICU patients with a patient ratio of 2:1
• Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators and specialty beds
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in med/surg or critical care settings is preferred
