In this position you will lead multi-disciplinary teams such as maintenance, facility admin and production to process, package and distribute a range of products. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing a strong work culture, leading with empathy and accountability. You will lead plant operations, develop strong relationships and standards to enhance a world class operation and company culture.
