Required Skills

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow healthcare instructions and procedures accurately

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• CPR certification and other relevant health certifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Other Requirements

• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring individuals
• Willingness to work in home and community environments
• Ability to coordinate transportation and community activities for individuals
