Required Skills
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow healthcare instructions and procedures accurately
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- CPR certification and other relevant health certifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring individuals
- Willingness to work in home and community environments
- Ability to coordinate transportation and community activities for individuals
