In this client-facing role, you’ll inspect vehicle damage, interpret repair guidelines, and prepare detailed estimates using estimating software. You will collaborate with service advisors, technicians, insurers, and vendors to confirm parts, labor, and repair methods, ensuring estimates are profitable, transparent, and aligned with Cox Automotive standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable explaining complex estimates to both internal teams and customers in a clear, professional manner.
