SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Location Morrison Healthcare at UVA— 1215Lee Street, Charlottesville, VA22908. Online applications only. Schedule Full time. Days and hours may vary. Open availability required, including overnight shifts and rotating weekends. Requirements Supervisory experience in food or retail preferred. Full‑time availability. Pay Range $18.50 per hour to $18.75 per hour. Overnight differential $2.50 per hour. Weekend differential $2.75 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
