Responsibilities Desarrollo de negocios, crecimiento de IPA/MSO, ventas de planes de salud o relaciones con corredores (preferido). Más de 3 años en un cargo de director o gerente senior (preferido). Profunda familiaridad con el panorama de Medicare Advantage del sur de California (preferido). Relaciones establecidas con corredores, FMOs o equipos de socios de planes de salud en SoCal (preferido). Fluidez en los mecanismos de MA: estructuras de productos, compensación de corredores, reglas de inscripción de CMS y estándares de adecuación de redes (preferido). Historial comprobado en la construcción y gestión de un pipeline de desarrollo de negocios con resultados de inscripción medibles. Capacidad para construir y poseer modelos de pipeline de crecimiento y pronósticos de inscripción. Cómodo trabajando en equipos de MSO, grupos médicos, finanzas y contratos con pagadores. Experiencia con herramientas de CRM, informes de inscripción o portales de planes de salud. Comunicador a nivel ejecutivo: efectivo en oficinas de corredores, entornos comunitarios y salas de juntas.
