Sales & Office Coordinator (Director Of First Impressions)

LearningRx Tysons is hiring a Sales & Office Coordinator (Director of First Impressions). This is a high-impact, entry-level role where you'll develop real-world skills in client engagement, lead conversion, CRM management, and small business operations.

What You'll Gain

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
• Track and manage leads in CRM system
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and client communications
• Assist with social media, marketing, and outreach initiatives
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment
• Assist Executive Director and Assistant Director occasionally to brain train students
• Assist with all other aspects of center operations as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy (CRM systems, social media, Microsoft Office, AI tools a plus)
• Self-starter with a positive, growth-oriented mindset

Schedule

• MondayThursday: 3:30pm8:00pm
• Friday: 3pm8pm
• Saturday: 9am1pm, occasionally

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
