The Senior Manager, Operations leads Exentec’s Exhaust operations in Tolleson, Arizona, with responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, facilities, production planning, and customer delivery. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective performance while advancing continuous improvement and business growth. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions for the Exhaust organization, aligning manufacturing performance with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute operational, capacity, workforce, and resource plans to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and effective performance management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering, project management, procurement, sales, finance, and quality teams to support successful execution and business growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Manage operating budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and capital investment planning.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project success.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including significant leadership responsibility within complex manufacturing operations.
• Experience in high-purity process systems, fluid handling, chemical delivery, gas delivery, or similar technical manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, production planning, and facilities.
• Proven success driving operational transformation, productivity improvement, cost performance, and organizational growth.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital planning, and operational planning.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs, manufacturing performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, change management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel domestically based on business needs.
