Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!Role and TeamReporting to the Reconditioning Manager or other designated manager, assures the quality of the Detail Shop process "First Time Right" is applied by Detailers. Communicate with the detail line staff concerning quality and production goals, expectations, and be the first point of contact per detail line.ResponsibilitiesInspect the quality of work done by each team member, identify vehicle quality that does not meet company standards. Communicate with team members in a positive and collaborative manner when quality does not meet standards.Identify the strengths of detailers to effectively create their assignments within the detail process.Ensure proper techniques and procedures are being implemented by team members. Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as neededMaintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition. Assist with shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenanceMaintain a clean and safe work environment.
