Technical Designer - Intern

Position Title: Technical Designer - Intern Classification: Nonexempt Salary: $18.50/hr Schedule: Onsite Location: Van Nuys, CA Essential Duties And Responsibilities Learning to fill in and track samples in Airtable Checking in samples and organizing them daily Sending and tracking samples to vendors Measuring and reviewing sample construction prior to fittings and helping prep for fittings Working with Tech Design team members to organize and send fit lists and fit notes to cross functional teams Attend fittings, when possible, to learn the brand\'s aesthetics and take fit notes when needed Working with VP of TD on measuring and packing manuals Other duties and projects as assigned Skills And Abilities Highly organized with the ability to multitask General knowledge of garment construction and the ability to measure garments Strong computer skills including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel; 2D and 3D pattern experience preferred but not required Minimum Requirements Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones Must be able to access various areas of a given location The DÔEN 2026 Internship Program is a paid project. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dôen
