Description

Maggie's Farm is looking for an experienced bartender who are passionate about their craft, thrives in a busy environment, genuinely enjoy building relationships with regulars and new guests.

Maggie's Farm is a fun, local hangout designed with mingling in mind. Our welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, modern tavern fare, fresh seasonal ingredients, nightly specials, and lively central bar make us a favorite gathering place for families, friends, and longtime regulars.

We're looking for bartenders who understand that a great bar experience is about more than making a great drink-it's about remembering a guest's name, knowing their usual order, and making everyone feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consistently excellent cocktails, beer, and wine
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
Build genuine relationships with regulars and welcome new guests
Maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism during busy shifts
Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service
Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
Work collaboratively with the bar, service, and culinary teams
Follow all alcohol-service, cash-handling, sanitation, and safety requirements

What we offer:

Tipped minimum wage of $6.75 an hour plus tips. ($50 - $60 an hour with tips).

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
A passion for hospitality and the craft of bartending
An outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Current alcohol-service certification, or the ability to obtain one
