About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ESL Teacher to join our private primary school in Baoding. You will be teaching English to young learners aged 7-8 years old (Grade 2). The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging English lessons to Grade 2 students.
Provide tutoring sessions during evening hours and weekends as required.
Work Schedule:
Teaching Hours: 10 classes per week (40 minutes per class).
On-Campus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Additional Duties: Tutoring at nights and on weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 23,000 RMB (Before Tax). Accommodation: Free housing provided.
Work Visa: Z Visa sponsorship provided.
Insurance: Commercial medical insurance included.
Holidays: All Chinese public holidays off.
Summer & Winter Vacations: 3 months total, paid at 50% of your base salary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Relevant ESL teaching experience (TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred).
Experience teaching young learners (ages 7-8) is highly preferred.
Ability to commit to evening and weekend tutoring schedules.
