Location: Oakes Kia, North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $$20–$30 Flat Rate Hourly based on experience + 1.5x Flag Rate on All Warranty Work

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our growing team, offering strong earning potential including 1.5x flag rate on all warranty work . This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure customers receive safe and reliable vehicles. • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues and confirm repairs

• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs, timelines, and recommendations

• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications with 1.5x flag rate pay

• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
