Growth Marketing Manager - Gaming & Digital Products

NovaPlay Labs is an early-stage digital entertainment startup building engaging web-based gaming products for a global audience. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help increase user acquisition, strengthen our online presence, and develop marketing campaigns across gaming like heardle and digital media channels. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals with an understanding of online communities, SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics. You will work closely with our founders, product team, and content specialists to test new growth strategies and turn successful ideas into scalable campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for digital gaming products Plan and manage SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns Identify new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities Research gaming audiences, market trends, and competitor activities Coordinate promotional campaigns across relevant digital platforms Monitor website traffic, user acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics Use analytics to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance Collaborate with product and content teams on new launches Develop marketing reports and present actionable recommendations Experiment with new ideas to increase organic and paid user growth Requirements 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, or a related field Strong understanding of content marketing and search engine optimization Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment Interest in gaming, digital entertainment, or online communities is a plus Experience working with startups or technology companies is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible remote or hybrid working options Opportunity to join an early-stage technology startup International and collaborative team environment Significant ownership of marketing projects and strategies Professional development and learning opportunities Opportunity to help shape the growth of innovative digital products #J-18808-Ljbffr NovaPlay Labs
