Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate has medical or customer service experience and excellent communication and computer skills.

Duties:

Greet and welcome patients as they arrive

Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Manage all appointment scheduling

Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Assist with administrative tasks as needed Insurance verification

Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered

Ensure all client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies
