Delivery Associate

Company Description Last Hall Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based out of Conshohocken PA, seeking enthusiastic team members to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that work with Amazon to complete deliveries. We’re hiring full-time drivers who are ready to hit the road in an Amazon-branded vehicle — no CDL required. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times Load, unload, and organize packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Drive assigned routes confidently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a positive attitude Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met Handle lifting of packages up to 50lbs, and move items efficiently within the warehouse or delivery vehicle Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation Perform repeated vehicle entry/exit and sustained physical activity throughout each shift Work comfortably in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, sleet, and snow Meet and maintain Amazon performance metrics Schedule Shifts are scheduled for 4 days per week (10-hour shifts). Ability to work weekends is required. Qualifications Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Valid U.S. driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years At least 21 years of age Clean driving record (no tickets, suspensions, or accidents in the past 3 years) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening and driving record check Reliable transportation to the Conshohocken area for scheduled shifts Availability for a required 2-day Amazon classroom training session English proficiency required Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently Additional Information Compensation & Benefits $23.25/hour Paid training Paid overtime & PTO Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with matching Job Type: Permanent Compensation: up to USD 23.25 - hourly
