Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations and build high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to explore potential leadership opportunities across the Richmond market based on experience background and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dealership operations across sales service parts and finance.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Recruit develop coach and retain high-performing teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage dealership financial performance budgets and expenses.
• Build strong relationships with customers associates manufacturer representatives and community partners.
• Foster a positive workplace culture centered on teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example and help create an environment where associates can grow and succeed.

• Proven experience in automotive dealership management.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations including sales service parts and finance.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and make sound business decisions.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer experience and associate development.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
