Receiver

An employer is seeking a Receiver to work in a warehouse or receiving environment handling inbound shipments at a conveyor belt. This individual will be responsible for unloading boxes, opening shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders (POs), and ensuring all receiving activities follow established SOPs. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical, as this role supports downstream inventory, operations, and shipping teams. The hourly rate ranges from $16 - $18/hr and will be onsite Monday - Friday from 9-5.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse or logistics


Ability to follow written SOPs and work instructions

Experience performing physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive movements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic documentation and verification skills (POs, packing slips)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with inventory or receiving documentation
