General Manager - Casual Dining Location: Birmingham Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonusA vibrant casual dining brand in the heart of Birmingham is looking for an experienced, people-focused General Manager to take full ownership of the site. Known for quality food, stylish surroundings and a strong team culture, this is a business with personality and pace. They need a confident operator who can lead from the front and deliver commercially.The role: • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment • Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall site performance • Drive sales growth and manage the full P&L • Create a guest-first culture that delivers consistent, high standards • Protect and elevate brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideasThe person: • Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality • Genuinely passionate about people - both guests and teams • Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on leadership style • Solid track record of managing a P&L and consistently achieving targets • Experience within branded environments - independent experience advantageous • Established GM who can step in and make an immediate impactIf you would like to discuss the role in confidence, apply today or send your CV to View email address on apply.placed-app.com.
