This role provides broad exposure across multiple branchesMountville and Yorkoffering diverse patient interactions and a collaborative, hands-on team environment. You'll enjoy a stable MondayFriday schedule while supporting a wide range of patient needs.

Key highlights

• Work Arrangement: On-site with significant travel.
• Coverage Area: Mountville & York.
• Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.

Salary range

• $30 $35 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

OnCall transparency

• Alternate weekday on-call and one weekend per month.

What you'll do

• Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow-ups
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
• Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
• Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition
• Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs
• Performs other duties as required

What we look for

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active PA RT license
• Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations

• Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy
• Hold a current CPR Certification
• Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
