We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our Trade Support team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker‑dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front‑end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Manchester. Responsibilities Provide support to Pershing trading desks and clients. Query management for clients and counterparties. Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to ensure timely trade booking and settlement. Reconcile daily B2B trade bookings. Investigate and resolve complex queries. Using opportunities for self‑development and self‑improvement. Qualifications Knowledge or experience of Middle/Back‑Office processes preferred. Enquiring mind – ability to understand complex processing and issues. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of dealing with customers/clients/internal stakeholders. Proactive worker who takes initiative to identify and solve problems. Proficient user of Excel. Strong Risk awareness. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Team player.
