$20.00 per hour
4-Day Work Week – Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery with accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Monitor machine performance and perform quality inspections
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain production standards
• Work safely while meeting production goals

Bonus Opportunity:

This role also offers the chance to expand your manufacturing experience by assisting with machinery operation in the Fiberglass Department, providing valuable cross-training and skill development.

Requirements:

Previous CNC Machine Operating experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read measuring devices and follow specifications
Commitment to safety and quality
Steel toe shoes required
