Human Resources Business Partner - Associate Manager

Integra LifeSciences seeks an HR Business Partner Associate Manager to support talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness across multiple facilities. The role partners with business leaders on performance management, talent initiatives, compensation planning, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers and leaders on HR programs, policies, and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Advise on performance management, employee development, and resolution of workplace issues
• Support organizational assessments, role alignment, and change management activities
• Partner on compensation planning, job architecture rollout, and salary planning execution
• Facilitate workforce planning, analyze talent data, and support recruitment of high-performing diverse candidates

Requirements

• 6-8 years of HR-related experience
• Experience in at least one HR Center of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations, or HR Operations)
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• HR analytics knowledge with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated influence and coaching capabilities in matrix environments
• Project management and HR systems proficiency
• Change management experience with agility and resilience

Compensation: $82,000-$113,000 USD base
