Outside Sales ManagerSoftInWay, Inc., located in Burlington, MA, is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to support its rapidly growing global sales efforts. At SoftInWay, you will be part of a high-performing field sales team focused on driving revenue growth through direct client engagement. You'll be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds performance targets. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of technology solutions and a passion for building long-term partnerships.This is a Massachusetts-based, full-time, hybrid role for an Outside Sales Manager focused on Turbomachinery/System Simulation Software and Engineering Services sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential customers for the Company's products, generating sales leads, driving and closing sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, meeting with clients, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are met.
