A well-established, large closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy operates a high-volume medication shipping service to nursing homes, processing 800-1000 prescriptions daily with a strong team of over 50 employees. They are currently seeking two Staff Pharmacists to join their team on a contract basis.
Schedule & Hours:
- Thursdays and Fridays
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform cycle checking for prescription accuracy
- Verify prescriptions efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Pharmacist License in good standing with no negative history
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; LTC experience preferred but recent graduates and retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply
- Ability to begin working as soon as possible
