Phlebotomist

Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist to work at our facility in Salt Lake City, UT. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Current or prior Labcorp experience. At least one year of experience working as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (supersedes work experience). Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and within a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
