How You’ll Contribute Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies needs. Initiates appropriate nursing interventions. Provides patient and family teaching throughout the stay and before discharge. Delivers care tailored to patient condition and age. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Participates in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI). Documents medical necessity in the record promptly and accurately. Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. What We’re Looking For Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Experience: Minimum six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred. License: Current RN licensure in the state; CRRN certification preferred; CPR/BCLS and ACLS preferred.
