Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Operators. The role involves operating and maintaining fermentation tanks and food production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fermentation tanks and various food production machinery including packaging machinery, labelers, vats, dryers, and conveyor systems.
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Weigh and/or count products accurately to ensure precise inventory management.
• Check in and out materials accurately to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Complete Disassembly, Clean, Reassembly (DCRs) safely and efficiently.
• Print labels accurately for product identification.
• Conduct minor quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Record production data diligently for documentation purposes.

Essential Skills

• Experience in LOTO (1+ year).
• Experience operating production machinery in a GMP environment (1+ year).
• Experience in sanitation duties (1+ year).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with fermentation processes.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in food production.
• Documentation review skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Windsor, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
