Job Description
The Bilingual Construction Labor position involves performing essential manual labor tasks on construction and utility sites. This role requires adherence to safety standards and effective communication in both English and another language to support a diverse team. Working primarily day shifts, you will contribute to site preparation, maintenance, and cleanup while collaborating within a small, specialized group alongside a larger construction team.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks to prepare and maintain construction and utility sites
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Conduct clean-up duties to maintain a safe and organized job site
- Utilize bilingual skills to facilitate clear communication among team members
- Operate basic construction tools as needed
- Work independently and as part of a small, specialized team within the larger construction group
- Follow day shift schedules consistently to support project timelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction labor
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Strong safety compliance awareness
- Basic operation of construction tools
